MEET YOUR GUIDE


Angie Hilton is the voice guiding you through The Reset, and the creator of Destination Happiness — the national TV series devoted to mental health, happiness and overall wellbeing. The show has aired across Channel 9, 9Life, and the Discovery Network.


Destination Happiness has since grown beyond television. Angie also runs Destination Happiness Studio in Geelong, Victoria — a boutique wellness space offering guided meditation, breathwork, sound healing, yoga and one-on-one relaxation coaching.


In her late 20s, Angie experienced debilitating anxiety and depression that made daily life feel overwhelming.


"I couldn't eat, sleep, drive… I was a complete mess for a long time."


That experience led her on a deep search into meditation, nervous system regulation and emotional wellbeing. The tools she uncovered over the next 20 years are what you'll experience in The Reset.


Angie is a certified meditation coach, certified in Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, and counsellor, trained under renowned teacher Davidji from the Chopra Center, and has collaborated with clinical psychologist Chris Mackey since Destination Happiness's earliest seasons.
